Tabitha Brown’s Vegan Crabless Cakes

INGREDIENTS:
NOTE from Tabitha: Just flow by the spirit with your measurements “because that’s your business.”

Oyster/Enoki/Seafood mushrooms
Artichokes
Green and red pepper
Small piece onion
Minced Dried onion
Garlic and herbs
Pinch of garlic salt
Green onion
Nori furikake
Lemon juice
Old bay seasoning
Panko bread crumbs
Olive oil or grapeseed oil
Air fryer
Prayer and love!

DIRECTIONS
Step 1

Wipe your oyster mushroom down with a damp rag. Don’t soak them. Just flow by the spirit with your measurements “because that’s your business.” Put the mushrooms, red and green peppers, artichokes, dried minced onion, salt free garlic and herbs, pepper, old bay seasoning, nori furikake, lemon juice and green onion in a blender/food processor (Ninja)

**Tip – don’t over blend…you want it flaky not mushy.

Step 2

Empty processor or ninja into bowl. Sprinkle more Old Bay seasoning, nori furikake and panko bread crumbs. Add a little olive oil or grapeseed oil and lemon juice to hold the cakes. And mix altogether in the bowl.

Step 3

Take a handful of the mixture and form the patties in your hand. Place patties in air fryer, turn to the shrimp setting. Change temperature to 400 degrees at 10-15 minutes.

**Tip – for a nice vegan sauce, vegan mayo, chili garlic, and sweet relish.
