Sojito Mocktail

Ingredients

  • Mint syrup – ½ oz
  • Fresh lime wedges – 4-5
  • Lime juice – 1 oz
  • Sugar syrup – 2 oz
  • Club soda – 1 oz
  • Any flavor – 1 oz

Instructions

  • Muddle lime wedges and 1 tsp sugar with mint leaves. Fill with crushed ice, and top with club soda. Give a nice mix with bar spoon.
    • Drink Style – Muddle and build up
    • Glassware – Tall Collin glass
    • Garnish – Mint
    • Note – Refreshing, citrus, long sipping

Off The Tree Coconut Mocktail

Ingredients

  • Coconut water – 3 oz
  • Pineapple juice – 3 oz
  • Coco Lopez – 1.5 oz
  • Pineapple chunks – 3-4 pieces (Cut the pineapple into 2 inches )

Instructions

  • In a Blender add 8- 9 ice cubes followed by coconut water, pineapple juice, Coco Lopez and pineapple chunks. Blend for on low RPM for 60 seconds. Then pour into any fancy cup of your choice.
    • Drink Style – Blended
    • Glassware – Any glassware or coconut shell
    • Garnish – Pineapple flag & umbrella
    • Note – Nutty, fresh, creamy
