OFFICIAL RULES

  1. NAME OF SPONSOR(S)

Tamron Hall 2026 Love Week Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Summerdale Productions, Inc. (“Sponsor”) 77 West 66thStreet, New York, NY 10023.

  1. II. ELIGIBILITY:

Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry, and legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S., including D.C. Void where prohibited by law.

Any individuals (including, but not limited to, employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Sponsor, American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., Tamron Hall, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to nominate or be nominated. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year.

III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

The Sweepstakes takes place from 11:00am Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 9, 2026 to 11:59pm ET on February 16, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

To enter the Sweepstakes, visit the official Tamron Hall Show Instagram page (@TamronHallShow) at the start of of the Sweepstakes Period and locate the Sweepstakes-related post (“Post”). To submit a valid entry, you must comment on the Post with the requested prompt. A comment on the Post with the requested prompt (legible spelling) shall constitute an “Entry” into the random drawing. All Entries must be submitted in the comments section of the Post during the Sweepstakes Period. Any Entries submitted after the close of the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Limit one (1) Entry person throughout the duration of this Sweepstakes, regardless of how many Instagram accounts a person may have.

For Instagram entries, you understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram, as this Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, nor is Instagram associated with this Sweepstakes in any way. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor, and not to Instagram. Your Entry via Instagram comment must be created for the sole purpose of this Sweepstakes and must be posted by the entrant. Entries must be submitted in compliance with the format and other requirements set forth by Instagram. ENTRIES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ENTRANTS’ PERSONAL TIMELINES (ONLY ENTRIES ON THE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED POST ON THE OFFICIAL TAMRON HALL INSTAGRAM FEED WILL BE ACCEPTED).

Odds of winning a prize depends on total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Neither Sponsor nor Tamron Hall staff can provide any technical support, and accept no responsibility for insuring the receipt or successful submission of your Entry. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any Entry that is deemed inappropriate, illegal or offensive, or otherwise not be considered a valid Entry, and entrant will not be eligible to win the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for Entries not received. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. Mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated methods will be disqualified. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. If canceled, Sponsor reserves the right at its discretion to determine the winner using all non-suspect eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the authorized subscriber of the email associated with the submitting Instagram account. Except as otherwise addressed by these Official Rules, and to the extent entrants may otherwise elect at the time of Entry, information provided by you for this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://disneyprivacycenter.com/privacy-policy-translations/english.

  1. IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNER WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED

One (1) potential winner shall be selected via random drawing of all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period following the Sweepstakes Period. Potential winner shall be notified by Sponsor or its designated representative on or about that date via Instagram direct message and/or comment on their post that they have been selected to receive a prize.

Sponsor may or may not, in its sole discretion, also announce the winner’s name on-air or via the Instagram page.

If contact with a potential winner is not made within two (2) days, they will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected from the remaining valid Entries from the same entry pool. Failure to timely comply with any requirement of these terms and conditions will result in the winning entrant being deemed ineligible for any prize.

Final determination of the winner is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all rules and procedures.

The total ARV of the Prize is $1,595.60.

Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable, except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitutionsallowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize, or prize element, of equal or greater value may be substituted. Certain prize items are subject to availability and may be substituted by Sponsor for a different item of greater or equal value, in its sole discretion. Vouchers are subject to separate terms and conditions imposed by issuer.

Winner shall be solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes and/or local laws and regulations, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with a Prize.

  1. RELEASES

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects.

By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting any Prize that they may win, entrants agree to release Sponsor, American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., Tamron Hall, Meta, Inc., their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the Prize.

Winner acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor is not responsible for any representation or warranty related to the Prize. Each component of the Prize is subject to the terms and warranties of the applicable prize supplier, and winner must look to such prize supplier for any warranties, terms or conditions related to the Prize.

Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and Entry materials in programming or promotional material, in any media now known or hereafter created or conceived, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a Winner’s list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

To claim Prize, winner must: (a) provide proof of age, residency, and legal status and (b) sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, unless prohibited by law, a Publicity Release and any other releases requested by Sponsor within the time period(s) specified by Sponsor.

VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNER’S LIST

Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the sweepstakes in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the Sweepstakes as originally planned.

Name of the Winner and a copy of these Official Rules will be posted on TamronHallShow.com for at least thirty (30) days after winner is finally determined.
