On “mixed-ish,” Tracee’s character “black-ish” character Rainbow Johnson recounts her experience growing up in a mixed-race family in the ’80s, and the constant dilemmas they had to face over whether to assimilate or stay true to themselves. The series premiere of “mixed-ish” airs TUESDAY SEPT 24 9|8c on ABC. The “black-ish” season premiere follows at 9:30|8:30c.
