Air-Fried Bacon Wrapped Salmon by My Nguyen

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 salmon filets
  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • spring mix salad
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Season salmon with salt, pepper and garlic powder
  2. Wrap salmon in bacon
  3. Air fry 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes
  4. Have spring mix salad and tomatoes in individually serving bowls
  5. Make salad dressing – whisk balsamic vinegar, honey and olive oil
