- 3 cups of oats
- 1/2 cup dried coconut
- 1/4 cup favorite nut butter
- 1/2 cup of superfood trail mix
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 Tps vanilla extract
- Preheat Oven 375
- Mix all dried and wet ingredients
- Pour into baking pan with parchment paper
- Bake until golden brown 15 mins or less
- Cool completely, cut and enjoy!
