Breakfast Granola Bars

We’re having breakfast at Tamron’s! Check out Chef Charles Chen’s Breakfast Granola Bars featured in the episode below.


  • 3 cups of oats
  • 1/2 cup dried coconut
  • 1/4 cup favorite nut butter
  • 1/2 cup of superfood trail mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 Tps vanilla extract


  • Preheat Oven 375
  • Mix all dried and wet ingredients
  • Pour into baking pan with parchment paper
  • Bake until golden brown 15 mins or less
  • Cool completely, cut and enjoy!
