Avocado Parfait
Ingredients:
3-4 Avocado
1/2-3/4 cup Agave nectar (to taste)
1 tbsp Gold seamoss
1 tsp Sea salt
1 tbsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Coconut oil
Granola for serving
Fruit for toppings (blueberries & strawberries)
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until creamy chill and serve with an optional granola base and top with fruit
