Collette Divitto turned her baking hobby into a full-fledged business. After a number of job rejections, Collette took a big risk and started Collettey’s Cookies. Now, the business is thriving and ships thousands of cookies each week nationwide. Collette also employs around 15 people with varying disabilities and speaks all over the country about job discrimination. She joins our show with her mom, Rosemary Alfredo, and sister, Blake Divitto.
