INGREDIENTS:
- chickpea pasta
- veggie broth
- sea salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- coconut based cheddar cheese
- coconut based mozzarella cheese
- soy-free vegan butter
- dairy free coconut milk
- chia-seed turmeric breadcrumbs
- chives
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Boil chickpea pasta in veggie broth for 10 mins
- Strain chickpea pasta
- Season pasta with sea salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Add two tablespoons of butter
- Add 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
- Add 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
- Add 1/4 cup of coconut based milk
- Mix until cheese is evenly coated on pasta
- Place into an oven safe pan
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs and chives
- Place in oven for 10-15 mins
- Take out of oven and lightly cool
