Ingredients

  • 1 pound of brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dry thyme
  • 1 red onion, julienned
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp hot sauce or red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp Herbes de Provence
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 3 pinches of cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 390 degrees F.
  • Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Place evenly in baking or roasting dish. Do not overcrowd.
  • Place in preheated oven.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until preferred doneness.
