Ingredients
- 1 pound of brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dry thyme
- 1 red onion, julienned
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp hot sauce or red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp Herbes de Provence
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 2 pinches of salt
- 3 pinches of cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 390 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Place evenly in baking or roasting dish. Do not overcrowd.
- Place in preheated oven.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until preferred doneness.
