Ingredients

  • 1 Seedless watermelon
  • 2 Cups cubed up jicama
  • 2 Cups of cubed up cucumbers
  • 2 Cup of mangos
  • Lime
  • Chamoy
  • Tajin
  • Cacahuate japonés
  • Pica fresas
  • Tamarindo sticks
  • Skwinkles

Directions

  • Cut your watermelon in half, using a knife you’re going to cube and remove the inside of the watermelon. We’re gonna use the watermelon rind as a bowl. So once you have removed watermelon, you’re gonna little by little incorporating the watermelon, cucumber and mango. Add lime juice, tajin and chamoy in between each layer just to make sure every piece of fruit is covered in the Chamoy and tajin. Get to the top you’re going to add some cacahuate japonés, your pica fresas and the Skwinkles add some more Chamoy \and tajin a couple of tamarindo sticks you can also add some chips or different types of fruits, and all depends on the person.
