Lamb Chop Garlic Noodles

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 10 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 5 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 and 1/4 cups low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 and 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • Chives
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Grated parmesan
  • Chef Matt’s AP Seasoning
  • 1 lb thin spaghetti
  • 4 tbsp Minced fresh garlic
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • SAUCE
    • Combine all sauce ingredients (fish sauce, low sodium soy sauce, hoisin, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil) and set aside.
  • PASTA
    • Cook pasta per package instructions in salted water and set aside.
    • Mince garlic and sauté in a skillet with butter or olive oil.
    • Toss the cooked pasta in the garlic infused oil and then add the sauce – toss to coat.
    • Add grated parmesan cheese at the end and incorporate.
  • LAMB CHOPS
    • Season with salt and AP seasoning.
    • Pan sear and finish in the oven until desired doneness is reached (medium).
    • During the last 3-4 minutes in the oven, glaze with 1/4 cup of the garlic noodle sauce from above so that it caramelizes on the protein.
    • Garnish with red pepper flakes, diced chives, and parmesan.
