Cauliflower Hibachi Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 bag fresh cauliflower rice or frozen
  • Sesame oil
  • Memphis City Blues Gourmet Seasoning Blend
  • Diced fresh garlic
  • Fresh basil
  • Fresh parsley
  • Diced jalapeños
  • 1 pound tiger shrimp
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of fresh green peas
  • 1/2 cup carrot sticks
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 diced green onions
  • Diced onions
  • Diced bell peppers (red and yellow for color)
  • Fresh broccoli
  • Butter
  • Yum Yum Sauce

Instructions

  • Cook shrimp and set aside.
  • Place green peas in skillet and sauté with a little sesame oil, adding carrots, green onions, garlic, onions, bell peppers, jalapeños, and broccoli cooking until softened.
  • Add cauliflower rice to the mixture and cook until rice is done.
  • Add in fresh basil and season to taste with Memphis City Blues adding in soy sauce.
  • Move mixture to one side and scramble the eggs.
  • Once the eggs are scrambled mix in with the rice.
  • Add shrimp to the rice and plate drizzling with Yum Yum sauce and top with fresh parsley.
  • Enjoy!
