
BIRRIA SEASONING BOMB
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Birria Bomb
- 4 cups water
- 2-3lbs beef chuck roast (bone-in)
- ½ cup bullion
- 1 onion
- 1 bush of cilantro
- 1 pack of corn tortillas
DIRECTIONS
- Brown meat in pot
- Add water, 1 seasoning bomb, ½ cup bouillon
- Optional: Add ½ cup minced garlic & ½ cup minced onion
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce heat, let simmer for 1 hour
TACO ASSEMBLY
- Shred meat, return meat to pot of consommé
- Dip tortilla into pot, coat with oil
- In a separate pan, fry tortilla
- Top with shredded cheese & birria meat
POZOLE SEASONING BOMB
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pozole Bomb
- 6 cups water
- 3lbs pork
- 2lb can of white hominy
- ½ cup bouillon
DIRECTIONS
- Brown meat in pot
- Add water, 1 seasoning bomb, ½ cup bouillon
- Optional: Add ½ cup minced garlic & ½ cup minced onion)
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce heat, let simmer for 1 hour
- Drain hominy, add to pot of pozole
- Cook on medium heat for 40 minutes (or until hominy is tender)
CAJUN SEAFOOD SEASONING BOMB
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Seafood Bomb
- 2-3lbs seafood (crab, shrimp, crawfish)8 cups water
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 3tbs unsalted butter
- 1 head of garlic (minced)
- Hard-boiled eggs (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Add water to pot, bring to a boil
- Add 1 seasoning bomb
- Optional: Add ½ cup minced garlic & ½ cup minced onion)
- Let boil for 1 minute
- Reduce heat, let simmer for 3 minutes
- In a separate pot boil your seafood, potatoes and corn
- Drain, then pour into a large pan
- Pour Cajun seafood sauce over seafood
